Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
• Oversee and coordinate the construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and surveyors.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools for project planning and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• COREN-approved with a valid certification.
• Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural tools.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
