Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated corporate communication strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee media relations, press releases, and public statements to maintain a positive corporate image.
- Manage crisis communication and ensure the timely, accurate dissemination of information.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive product sales.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies as needed.
- Actively participate in direct sales activities by engaging prospects and presenting products to meet sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns designed to drive revenue growth.
- Track sales performance and work closely with the sales team to refine approaches and optimise conversion rates.
- Lead the development of high-quality content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all communications are on-brand and consistent with the organization's tone and style.
- Oversee the production of corporate newsletters, blogs, and other marketing collateral that supports sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure unified messaging across all communication channels.
- Organize and manage corporate events, webinars, and conferences to promote company initiative and drive sales.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication, marketing, and sales strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role.
- BSc. Degree in Marketing or a similar course of study
