Job Overview:

Redeemers Health Village (RHV) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Officer to provide maternity cover for a period of 3 months. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HR shared services, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience in performance management and other key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Oversee performance management processes and provide support to managers and employees.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and maintaining HR systems.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate staff welfare and handle queries related to HR services.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR, Health sector experience will be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data and generate reports.
• Proficiency in performance management processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in the health sector is an added advantage
