Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose the business strategy to drive the team’s focus and choice of markets, counterparties, and transaction undertakings.
- Lead business development meetings with clients and prospects to appraise their needs and propose investment/transaction structures that meet such needs
- Co-ordinate and directly supervise development projects
- Meet with prospective Real Estate clients and design transaction structures based on Investment One’s investment/risk appetite and market conditions.
- Lead transaction implementation and execution of identified projects
- Supervise analysis of transactions; perform financial analysis and in-depth reviews, impact analysis, market analysis, and financial models
- Conduct and supervise due diligence on target counterparties (contractors, JV partners, etc)
Requirements:
- 15+ years of cognate experience
- Degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and financial modelling knowledge
- Ability to think clearly in critical situations
- Track record of managing a large Real Estate portfolio
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments with efficiency adhering to deadlines
- Excellent drafting and report writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with staff and partners at all levels
- Conversant with building regulations and statutory authorities especially in Lagos.
