Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services as the need arises.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all IT systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues promptly.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Oversee the management and administration of HR software systems, including HRMS (Human Resource Information System).
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and security standards.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure prompt resolution of IT-related issues.
Requirements:
