Job Description/Requirements

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.


Requirements:

  • Diploma from a reputable institution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
