Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Nigeria (Lagos). This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in international student recruitment, university partnerships, and market expansion. The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in the education sector, particularly working with UK universities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to increase student enrollments in UK universities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, colleges, agents, and students
- Lead and manage a team to achieve enrollment targets and enhance BHE Uni’s brand presence in Nigeria
- Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen recruitment strategies
- Represent BHE Uni at education fairs, seminars, and networking events
- Ensure compliance with UK university admission policies and visa requirements
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in the education industry, specifically working with UK universities
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian student recruitment market and education trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
