Creative Art Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate the overall creative vision for client projects, ensuring a consistent, innovative visual identity.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to generate compelling campaign concepts.
• Oversee the production process—from initial sketches and storyboards to final deliverables—across various media (print, digital, video, and social).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging creative technologies to continually elevate our work.
• Lead brand design initiatives, ensuring that each client’s brand identity is clearly defined, consistently applied, and creatively evolved across all communications.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and visual systems that support long-term brand growth and market positioning.
• Bring motion graphics, video, and animation skills to the table to enhance multimedia campaigns and deliver dynamic, engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with multimedia specialists to integrate high-quality video production, animation, and motion graphics into projects when appropriate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring that projects align with their brand strategy and business objectives.
• Prepare, present, and sell creative concepts and campaign strategies, using data-driven insights and market research.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, finance, and project management) to develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance and client satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional service

Requirements:

•  A minimum of SSCE Certificate is required
• At least 2 years of experience
