The Creative Assistant will support the creative team in executing design concepts, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining the overall brand aesthetic for our women’s wear collection. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients, assist with consultation, Sketch designs.
- Assist the design team with the creation and execution of seasonal collections.
- Support in fabric sourcing, mood board creation, and the development of design concepts.
- Conduct trend research and keep the team informed on industry developments.
- Help prepare design presentations and design briefs for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize design files, ensuring proper documentation of all design assets.
- Help with the production process by liaising with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist in organizing photoshoots, from coordinating looks to helping with on-set styling.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the design direction aligns with brand strategy.
- Provide administrative support to the creative team, such as scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Assist with creating content for social media platforms to support the brand’s marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- A degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a creative or design assistant role.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and design aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for women’s fashion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving industry
