The Creative Assistant will support the creative team in executing design concepts, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining the overall brand aesthetic for our women’s wear collection. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients, assist with consultation, Sketch designs.
  • Assist the design team with the creation and execution of seasonal collections.
  • Support in fabric sourcing, mood board creation, and the development of design concepts.
  • Conduct trend research and keep the team informed on industry developments.
  • Help prepare design presentations and design briefs for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize design files, ensuring proper documentation of all design assets.
  • Help with the production process by liaising with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Assist in organizing photoshoots, from coordinating looks to helping with on-set styling.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the design direction aligns with brand strategy.
  • Provide administrative support to the creative team, such as scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
  • Assist with creating content for social media platforms to support the brand’s marketing efforts.


Requirements:

  • A degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a creative or design assistant role.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of current fashion trends and design aesthetics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for women’s fashion.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving industry
