Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative strategy across all company initiatives and touchpoints
  • Oversee the development of visual identity systems and design language
  • Guide creative teams in producing exceptional design solutions
  • Establish creative standards and processes that foster innovation
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure outstanding user experiences
  • Review and approve creative output across projects and departments
  • Mentor creative team members and foster their professional development
  • Present creative concepts to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Stay current with global design trends while developing distinctive approaches
  • Drive innovation in how technology is visually represented and experienced
  • Balance creative excellence with practical implementation requirements
  • Foster a culture that nurtures and activates the creative spirit in team members
