Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the artist’s visual branding, including album art, music videos, photoshoots, and live performance design.
- Collaborate with the artist, management, and marketing teams to create a cohesive narrative that reflects the artist's identity and music.
- Lead the creative direction for promotional campaigns, social media content, and visual storytelling.
- Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to execute high-quality visuals.
- Ensure consistency across all creative elements, aligning the visual brand with the artist's career goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role, ideally in the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in visual design, branding, and storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Deep understanding of current design trends and how they apply to the music industry.
- Experience working with musicians or in the entertainment sector.
- Knowledge of visual software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
