We are looking for a skilled talented Creative Director to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role by creating visually appealing graphics and engaging written content for our company's social media platforms and product pages. Your primary focus will be to leverage current events, trends, and activities worldwide to craft compelling posts that resonate with our audience and values. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of graphic design proficiency, trend awareness, copywriting skills, and a keen eye for brand consistency, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. This position is a full-time role and remote working option.


? Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design Creation: Design visually appealing graphics for the company's social media platforms and product pages, incorporating relevant themes, events, and trends.
  2. Content Creation: Generate engaging written content to accompany the graphics, including captions, hashtags, and descriptions, tailored to resonate with the target audience.
  3. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current events, trends, and activities worldwide, and identify opportunities to leverage them for content creation.
  4. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all graphics and content align with the company's or product’s brand identity, messaging, and tone.
  5. Social Media Management: Collaborate with the Marketing team to schedule posts across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of social media posts and campaigns, analyse key metrics, and provide insights for optimisation and improvement.
  8. Adaptability: Be adaptable and responsive to real-time events and trends, adjusting content strategies as needed to maintain relevance and engagement.
  9. Multimedia Skills: Proficiency in various design tools and software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar platforms for creating graphics and multimedia content.
  10. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal stakeholders, as well as collaborate with external partners or agencies when necessary.
  11. Creativity: Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and eye-catching content that captures the audience's attention and drives engagement.
  12. Time Management: Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines for regular posting schedules while maintaining quality and creativity in content creation.


? Expectations

We’re looking for someone who can

  1. Increase Social Media Engagement: Through visually appealing graphics and engaging written content, aim to increase likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement on our social media platforms.
  2. Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all content and platforms.
  3. Content Strategy Success: Monitor the effectiveness of content strategy through metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Adjust strategy as needed for continuous improvement.
  4. Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.


? Requirements

  • Any certification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design and content strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English


? Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Proven success in managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Experience in video content creation and editing.
  • Ability to speak and write in multiple languages.
