Creative Fashion Stylist & Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Fashion Styling & Wardrobe Coordination: You will curate well-structured and visually appealing outfits that align with our brand's image. You will be responsible for selecting outfits, accessories, and styling elements that create a polished and effortless appearance while staying updated on fashion trends, color coordination, and wardrobe essentials. It is essential that every styled look is well thought out and visually cohesive.
• Photography, Content Creation & Visual Direction: In this role, you will capture high-quality images and videos of models during small-scale shoots using your personal smartphone (during the probation period). You will collaborate with photographers, designers, and creative teams for larger shoots and will direct photoshoot styling to ensure the overall vision is brought to life. You will also scout and select locations that enhance the overall aesthetic of each shoot.
• Shoot & Brand Image Coordination: You will plan and execute fashion shoots with great attention to detail, ensuring that visual content aligns with the brand's storytelling and overall image. You will also work closely with makeup artists, hairstylists, and photographers to bring a cohesive vision to every project.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in fashion styling, editorial styling, or wardrobe coordination
• A strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and attention to detail
• Experience working with brands, high-profile clients, or designer collections
• Ability to take and edit high-quality photos/videos using editing apps 
• Strong coordination skills for planning and executing fashion shoots
• A confident, fashion-forward individual with a natural ability to curate clean and polished styles
• Your phone should have an advanced camera capable of capturing high-resolution images and videos with excellent lighting and color accuracy.

Important Notes:

• Personal Style Matters: Your personal fashion taste and styling will be the first assessment before reviewing your portfolio. We are looking for someone who naturally embodies a strong fashion sense and can demonstrate their styling skills through their own outfits.
• Device Use Requirement: During the 6-month probation period, you must use your own smartphone to capture high-quality content for small shoots. Larger projects will involve professional photographers
