Job Overview

Pryme Financials Ltd is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Growth to lead and oversee the company’s business and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership to drive the company's growth agenda in line with our top-line business objectives. This person will be responsible for overseeing the business growth team and the digital growth team, ensuring collaboration, innovation, and execution of growth strategies across the organisation. The Head of Growth will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and expand the company’s presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy Development and Execution

Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Pryme Financials Ltd’s overall business goals.

  • Oversee the business and digital growth teams, ensuring that all efforts are integrated and contribute to both revenue growth and customer acquisition/retention targets.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), targets, and success metrics for all growth-related activities.
  • Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and growth.


Business Development & Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to expand market reach, customer base, and revenue streams through new product launches, geographical expansions, and industry partnerships.

Digital Growth & Innovation

  • Oversee Pryme Financials Ltd’s digital growth initiatives, including digital marketing, customer acquisition, and technology-driven strategies.
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital growth campaigns to increase brand visibility, user engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across digital channels, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in the company’s digital strategy.


Team Leadership & Management

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Business Growth and Digital Growth teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and personal development within the growth department.
  • Build and manage a growth team capable of achieving strategic goals, while recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent.


Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions, optimize growth initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer data analytics, business intelligence tools, and market research to inform growth strategies.
  • Regularly report on growth metrics, market insights, and progress against business objectives to the executive team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other department heads (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with company-wide goals.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team on matters related to growth strategy, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement new growth strategies and achieve business goals.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position focused on business growth, digital strategy, or related functions in the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Extensive experience in business development, partnership management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and leveraging technology for growth.
  • Solid understanding of financial services, fintech, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and growing teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, with proficiency in growth analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Education
