Job Summary

The Creative Marketing Strategist (CMS) will play a critical role in defining and executing TM’s marketing initiatives. From managing content creation to designing impactful ad campaigns, the CMS will be responsible for bringing the brand's message to life across various platforms while driving engagement and sales.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality posts.
  • Generate innovative content ideas that align with TM's brand message and target audience.
  • Capture visually appealing product photos and videos for marketing use.


Video Production:

  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos for campaigns, tutorials, and product features.
  • Optimize video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.


Ad Campaign Development:

  • Create and execute ad campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
  • Write compelling ad copy and select visuals to attract and convert audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI.


Landing Page Creation:

  • Design and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
  • Ensure landing pages are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with campaign goals.


Brand Messaging:

  • Maintain a consistent and sophisticated brand voice across all marketing efforts.
  • Develop content that communicates TM's dedication to quality and craftsmanship.


Collaboration & Feedback:

  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer FAQs, feedback, and sales challenges.
  • Create content that addresses FAQs and supports sales efforts.


Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.


Loyalty Program Promotion:

  • Develop creative campaigns to promote TM's loyalty point system and engage customers.


Trend Research & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on marketing and social media trends to keep TM’s content fresh and engaging.
  • Experiment with new strategies, formats, and tools to enhance brand presence.


Creative Direction:

  • Oversee the execution of all creative marketing initiatives to ensure premium quality and alignment with the brand's aesthetic.


Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • HND/Degree in a related field
