Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mobilizing Customers and attending to their needs while updating their data on the system
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Good communication skills
- Inter personal skill
Location: Ikotun Lagos, but could be sent within or outside Lagos.
