Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications based on established criteria, conducting credit checks and financial assessments to determine client eligibility
- Facilitate the loan disbursement process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
- Monitor loan accounts, proactively identifying and addressing potential repayment issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to support repayment, negotiate repayment terms when necessary, and manage recovery actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan disbursement and recovery activities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports on loan performance, recovery status, and collection activities for review by the Business Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit assessment, loan processing, or collections.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with financial and loan management software.
