We are looking for an experienced Cross-Platform Desktop Application Developer. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing secure, high-performance desktop applications with a focus on data security and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data loss prevention capabilities for a robust cross-platform desktop application.
• Ensure low-level access and integration with each operating system to manage data access and security.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet product and security requirements.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all requirements are met.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging of the application.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++, C# or Java for cross-platform desktop development.
• Proven experience in building secure, cross-platform desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of system-level programming, data security, and OS-specific development.
• Familiarity with frameworks like JavaScript (Electron.js) for cross-platform considerations, although lower-level language skills are preferred.
• Experience with cloud storage solutions and file synchronization.
• Understanding of security best practices for desktop applications.
