- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer care issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve customer support processes by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers cordially and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and customer cases simultaneously.
