Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment bookings and walk-in clients efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and manage the POS system.
- Assist with customer complaints, feedback, and resolve service issues.
- Promote marketing efforts for the barbershop's subscription packages and loyalty programs.
- Assist in managing and coordinating with barbers and staff to ensure smooth customer flow.
- Keep records of daily appointments, client interactions, and transactions.
- Support administrative duties and carry out other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/”A” Levels; Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using POS machines and basic computer software applications.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional.
- Must be well-groomed and presentable.
