Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information about IT training programs and services.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist prospective students with course registration, payment, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with the training and administrative teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Provide updates to customers on training schedules, class changes, and program developments.
- Promote the company's training programs and internship opportunities to potential clients.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area and maintain the company's professional image.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with IT training or a related field is a plus.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (with one day off).
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
