Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information about IT training programs and services.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist prospective students with course registration, payment, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the training and administrative teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Provide updates to customers on training schedules, class changes, and program developments.
  • Promote the company's training programs and internship opportunities to potential clients.
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area and maintain the company's professional image.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with IT training or a related field is a plus.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (with one day off).

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
