Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Our ideal candidate would be required to manage and lead a team of customer service representatives in their day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- You would also be required to provide scheduled training and coaching to achieve high-quality service.
- To foster positive relationships with our customers, resolving any issues including complaints and enquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Generate reports and feedback models to monitor team performance, set customer service metrics, and analyze data to inform improvements and innovation.
- To draft a policy document to govern our customer service procedures and to standardize and improve service delivery.
- To keep abreast of all product offerings, current company policies, and industry trends.
- To develop and manage customer reward and motivation schemes.
Requirements:
- Minimum or B.sc in any Social Sciences or relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service and team leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Additional certification or qualification in customer service will be an advantage.
