Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Care Officer to join our team and enhance our clients' experience. The Customer Care Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, providing top-notch support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, answering their inquiries about properties and services.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on property listings, pricing, and availability.
  • Sourcing for leads and bringing in new clients for the company
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely feedback is provided.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and manage customer-related documentation, including contracts and invoices.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and property viewings for clients.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and real estate market trends.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
  • Minimum qualification: OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
