Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, answering their inquiries about properties and services.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on property listings, pricing, and availability.
- Sourcing for leads and bringing in new clients for the company
- Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely feedback is provided.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and manage customer-related documentation, including contracts and invoices.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and property viewings for clients.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless support to clients.
- Stay updated on company services, promotions, and real estate market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
