Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging brand presence across all social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that promote customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to handle complaints and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and social media updates to refine communication strategies.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook).
  • Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
