- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls.
- Maintain a positive and engaging brand presence across all social media platforms.
- Develop and implement content strategies that promote customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle complaints and improve the customer experience.
- Monitor industry trends and social media updates to refine communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook).
- Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
