Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders
- Keep customers up to date with the status of their orders
- Proactively communicate with customers
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Keep accurate records of sales data
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Candidate should be computer literate
- Candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Excel
