The Customer Care Representative is the first point of contact with the customer. We are looking for a representative who would provide world-class services to customers and ensure the customers are consistently satisfied with the company's services.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders
  • Keep customers up to date with the status of their orders
  • Proactively communicate with customers
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Keep accurate records of sales data
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager


Requirements:

  • Candidate should be computer literate
  • Candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Excel
