We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Platform Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our platform. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- User Management
- Approve and monitor new user registrations on the platform.
- Assist users with account-related issues such as login, profile updates, and payment methods.
- Maintain accurate user records and enforce platform policies.
Order Management
- Process and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Resolve order-related issues, disputes, and delays professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address order fulfillment challenges.
Customer Support
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Address and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively.
Platform Administration
- Monitor the platform to ensure smooth operation and report bugs or errors.
- Collaborate with the technical team to suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, order management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, online chat systems, and email platforms.
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision
