Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform customer support functionality such as: answering phone calls, and following up on customer complaints via channels such as email, sms, social media, etc. Listen to custom complaints and channel concerns to engineering or support teams via methods such as reports.
- Prepare/Orchestrate engaging emails, push notifications, sms, and social media posts that drive traction to our platforms and establish customer confidence.
- Maintain social media pages by leveraging in-house automation tools.
- Assist in day-to-day tasks such as onboarding clients, and issue ticket resolution of customers.
- Conduct and must be comfortable performing basic data analysis to define and understand audience and customer behavior.
Requirements:
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
At least 1-3 years experience in a similar position.
Candidates should reside within a convenient commuting distance of our Lagos office, as daily in-person attendance is required. Proximity to the office location is highly valued to ensure consistent and punctual participation in office activities.
Ability to participate in an on-call/weekend rotation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a thorough police background check which includes fingerprinting, provide multiple references, and submit credible guarantors.
Candidates must be prepared to take a comprehensive assessment test to evaluate their suitability for the role.
Must be ready to work outside regular office hours, and some holidays and be on hand for Saturday/Sunday weekly call meetings and must participate in an on-call rotation as required by the business.
Be ready to assist and work in different roles as required by the business.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 105,000
