Job Description/Requirements

- Drive sales efforts to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Post and manage pre-created content on social media platforms to promote products and services.
- Maintain and organize the social media content calendar for consistent posting.
- Engage actively in sales activities, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and deal closures.
- Provide comprehensive product information to customers, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally.
- Manage customer interactions across various channels (phone, email, social media), ensuring a positive and sales-focused experience.
- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery schedules for timely and accurate fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with the baby food and beverage industry is advantageous.
