Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to the product or service.
- Provide orientation and training to help customers maximize the value of their purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact.
- Regularly check in with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and satisfaction levels.
- Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, or inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer problems.
- Provide ongoing training and education to customers to help them fully utilize and benefit from the product or service.
- Share best practices and offer suggestions for optimizing their experience.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Experience Officer
- HND/BSc in a relevant field of study
- Familiarity with relevant technology BankOne.
