Job Summary
Nutrelle Treats, a healthy fast-food business in Lagos, is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Experience Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a background in handling customer interactions, both in-person and through digital platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently in-person, over the phone, and through food apps, Nutrelle is signed on.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.
- Manage and monitor customer orders and interactions on food delivery apps.
- Provide timely updates and support to customers online and offline.
- Process payments accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain records of transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collect and report customer feedback to management for service improvement.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and delivery personnel to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Clear-headed, excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, food delivery apps, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
