Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch service and support to both new and existing customers.
- Promote Venus Finance products and services to walk-in and prospective clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer interaction log.
- Collaborate with the marketing and loan teams to support outreach efforts.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect Venus Finance’s core values and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferably in the financial sector) is a plus.
- Passionate about helping people and solving problems.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM tools.
- Energetic, positive attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
