Job Summary

Davu.ai provides end-to-end Al capabilities (analogy: a virtual kitchen) to help customers launch Al-powered products and solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven Customer Growth Advisor who will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth with a consultative sales approach. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the sales field, focusing on delivering customer value by guiding them from initial contact to successful implementation of our Al product.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential customers through research, referrals, and networking. Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our product.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and challenges. Offer tailored solutions that address their specific problems.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers about the transformative power of "Business Al" through webinars, workshops, digital marketing content, and one-on-one meetings. Help them envision the possibilities that our product can bring to their business.


Sales Execution:

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are followed up promptly and opportunities are maximized.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets. Continuously seek opportunities to drive customer growth and increase sales.


Sales Excellence:

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle with enterprise customers using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and product features.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve the customer experience.
  • Storytelling: Present creative solutions through storytelling.


Technical Expertise:

  • Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Davu's products/services.
  • Effectively communicate these aspects to potential customers.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and tech stacks across the customer's organization as you lead discovery conversations, product demos, and solution discussions.


Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Individuals with 2 or more years of relevant experience in B2B roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Consultative Approach: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs and offer solutions that add value.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of the sales process, with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Tech-Savvy: Interest in Al, technology, and innovation. Ability to learn and communicate the benefits of complex Al solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer success.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
