Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including improving communication channels, streamlining processes, and implementing customer feedback mechanisms.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, working closely with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention rates, including personalized follow-up, loyalty programs, and proactive communication.
- Lead and mentor the customer experience team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align customer experience initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 6+ years of experience as a Customer Relations Manager
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
