Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an intermediary between subscribers and the company
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure subscribers are kept up to date with the conditions of their payment and obligations to the company concerning their investments
  • Send out regular and relevant correspondence to subscribers
  • Ensure appropriate sales procedures are followed
  • Escalate and enforce penalties against defaulters according to company policy
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of property to eligible owners upon completion of sales transaction
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of property from site team to BAM Facilities upon completion of sales transaction
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Operations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

  • Ability to resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards,
