Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback
- Supervise the execution of leasing contracts to ensure that tenants' needs are met promptly
- Conduct regular customer return visits to understand customer needs and provide optimization suggestions
- Monitor market trends, analyze customer behavior, and provide strategic support for business development
