Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join the team in a fast growing Bridal fashion brand- Bridal Accent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow up with the production team on client orders and relay feedback to clients.
- Document order progress and setbacks on production worksheets.
- Create and share meeting and fitting schedules with clients and team members.
- Log in deliverables and liaise with logistics partners.
- Create weekly and monthly deliverables/targets sheets.
- Follow up with clients post-order to ensure satisfaction.
- Attend to client remarks or complaints and provide meaningful solutions
- Collate reviews, professional pictures and vendor list for fulfilled orders.
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in a relevant field of study.
- Proven work experience in customer service/operations management in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in digital work tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, MS Office suites, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients brilliantly.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly + other perks
