We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries related to transactions, account management, and general support.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Assist customers with transactions, including confirmations, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Help customers with account-related queries, such as registration, verification, and security measures.
  • Identify and address customer concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in our services.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Minimum of HND in a relevant course of study
