Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of our production market and product offerings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and messages on various social media platforms.
- Engage with customers visiting our store, providing product information and assisting with purchases.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and presentable store environment.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to understand and articulate product information effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for communication.
- Must be comfortable working in a physical, in-store environment in Ikosi-ketu, Lagos.
- Presentable and able to adhere to a corporate dress code.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
