Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, reply to emails and online consultations, and answer questions.
- Assist customers in processing orders, returns and exchanges, and after-sales issues.
- Maintain customer information and record consultation content.
Requirements:

- Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
