Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, reply to emails and online consultations, and answer questions.
  • Assist customers in processing orders, returns and exchanges, and after-sales issues.
  • Maintain customer information and record consultation content.


Requirements:

  • High school or college degree or above.
  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
  • Be patient, meticulous, and have a team spirit.
  • Have excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proactive and have a strong sense of service.
