Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, resolving issues and educating users on the app’s features.
- Sales & Subscription Growth: Convert free users into paying subscribers by explaining the benefits of HauteApp’s plans.
- WhatsApp Support Management: Engage and assist customers via WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Retention & Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to inactive users and encourage renewals.
- User Feedback & Reporting: Gather insights from users to help improve the product and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must be female, highly tech-savvy, and able to communicate effectively.
- Strong customer service and persuasion skills—comfortable engaging with users and converting them to paid subscribers.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple conversations, and stay organized.
- Passion for fashion and technology is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required.
