Moda Maestro is looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and motivated female to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This role is a blend of customer support and sales, ensuring users understand the value of the product HauteApp, assisting them in using its features, and converting inquiries into paying subscribers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, resolving issues and educating users on the app’s features.
  • Sales & Subscription Growth: Convert free users into paying subscribers by explaining the benefits of HauteApp’s plans.
  • WhatsApp Support Management: Engage and assist customers via WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Retention & Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to inactive users and encourage renewals.
  • User Feedback & Reporting: Gather insights from users to help improve the product and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be female, highly tech-savvy, and able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong customer service and persuasion skills—comfortable engaging with users and converting them to paid subscribers.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple conversations, and stay organized.
  • Passion for fashion and technology is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required.
