Job Summary
We are a start-up online gaming company currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent to support service in Nigeria and Ghana. Our company aims to establish a leading online lottery and casino games platform that offers a convenient and secure way for customers to participate in various games. We are looking to hire someone who is dynamic and ready to be very engaged in helping us grow the function within the company. As the company grows, the Senior Agent will be called upon to train, motivate and manage junior associates who join the department.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our products to effectively answer various customer inquiries.
- Effective Communication: Communicate efficiently with clients through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
- User Assistance: Help users complete various functions within our application.
- Complaint Resolution: Recognize and resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Timely Responses: Respond quickly to customer requests.
- Record Keeping: Regularly archive customer interactions for follow-up with management.
- Team Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
- Process Feedback: Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
- Active Listening: Listen to customers and provide the most suitable solutions.
- Flexibility: Accept flexible working hours.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Strong experience in customer service.
- Managerial Experience: Experience as a manager is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Proficient in basic computer tools (Office, Google, and other communication platforms).
- Knowledge of Gambling Games: Familiarity with gambling games is an asset.
- Personal Attributes: Enthusiasm, empathy, good stress management, and flexibility are essential.
- Social Media: Ability to navigate social media applications. Experience with Social Media handling is required.
- Multitasking Ability: Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.

- Teamwork: Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
- Discretion: A strong sense of discretion is essential.
