This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support while also engaging with our audience through various digital platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Utilize Corel Draw for graphic design tasks as needed, including creating marketing materials and social media graphics.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Help create and schedule social media content, and assist in executing social media strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
Requirements:
- A degree in any related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Proficient in Corel Draw, and MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiar with email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Ikeja
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 – 100,000
