JOB DESCRIPTION
• Attending calls of the customers on phone.
• Making follow up calls to the customers.
• Manage Customer leads.
• Coordinate with the customer service team.
• Coordinate with the digital media team.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree, HND, ND or its equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience in Customer Service.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of the customer psychology.
• MS Office is a must
