Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Lead the customer service team and improve team efficiency.
  • Analyze customer feedback and optimize service processes.


Requirements:

  • Educational background: Priority is given to those with relevant majors such as customer service, marketing, and business management.
  • Work experience: 1-3 years or more of customer service management experience, and those with cross-cultural communication and team management experience are preferred.
  • Communication skills: Have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to effectively handle customer complaints and problems.
  • Leadership skills: Able to manage and motivate the team, promote the efficient operation of the team, and have team building and training capabilities.
  • Problem-solving skills: Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to cope with a rapidly changing environment.
