Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and Welcome patients
- Registration of existing and new patients on the EMR platform
- Confirm the patient’s health insurance eligibility
- Send request for approvals to health insurance
- Bill patients according to agreed tariff (HMO, Retainers and Private)
- Resolve patient insurance claims or questions related to medical care and benefits information.
- Ensure patient's files are brought out promptly
- Ensure files are returned accurately at the end of the clinic
- Registration of patient’s attendance and diagnosis on the diagnosis worksheet at the end of the clinic
- Effective management of File transfer across branches
- Collation of Data report on patient’s attendance
- Appointment booking for patients
- Receive Inbound and outbound calls from patients
- Follow up on the patient's appointment
- Collation of Data report on patients Customer Satisfaction survey
- Patient satisfaction survey, Reviewing Patients' Complaints and feedback
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a University degree
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Honest and trustworthy
- Good attention to details
- Proactive to solution attitude
- Professional and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask
Remuneration: NGN 130,000
