Delightful Toy shop located in Lekki Phase 1 is looking for a full time dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative Officer who will be responsible for engaging with customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers ensuring exceptional service experience both online and in store.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional response to customers orders, inquiries and complaints
- Promote loyalty programs and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Manage and engage with customers across our social media platforms
- Foster an engaging and supportive online community
- Assist with store events and promotional events
- Customer Service and Sales
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, following the company's policies
- Keep a record of customer interactions and feedback, updating the Customer Service Database as required
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience based on feedback
- Convert inquiries to sales, book, and schedule customer appointment in alignment with the brand’s policy
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail (preferred).
- Passion for the children
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho.
Work Structure: 5 days a week (Monday - Saturday, off days can fall on either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday). Sunday is an off day for every staff.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150, 000
