Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Respond to product or service inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chats.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Multitask effectively while managing multiple customer requests.
- Work under pressure while maintaining excellent service quality.
Requirements:
- Clear communication skills, with confidence in both speaking and writing in English.
- Patience, attentiveness, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in email and customer service tools.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Prior experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn quickly and grow within the team.
- Proximity to Alimosho LGA is most preferred
