Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lekki for a Customer Service Officer. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information about our properties and services.
- Process customer requests and applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
