Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email inquiries,
- Assisting customers with orders, providing product information, and addressing concerns professionally,
- Managing social media platforms with engaging posts to promote products and drive sales,
- Reaching out to potential and past customers, offering personalized recommendations,
- Ensuring timely order processing and delivery while handling returns and exchanges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum ages of 18 and 27
- Must live in Ikeja, Lagos.
