As a Customer Service Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in assisting and supporting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Assisting customers with their bookings, service needs, and issue resolutions.
- Handling and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our system.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
